Guests must send a copy of a valid photo ID showing their address to the property before check-in. Please note that not all facilities may always be available during your stay, and the property does not accept responsibility for any closures. All guests' information, including name, address, age, car reg number, email, and phone number, is required to process your leisure pass. If you have booked last minute or have not provided the info within 24 hours of arrival, there may be a delay in issuing your leisure passes to access the leisure complex (pools, entertainment, etc.). As a family-friendly holiday park, we have a strict policy of no parties or gatherings, and we are unable to accept bookings from those living nearby. You must pay the EUR 150 damage or loss deposit at least 24 hours before arrival. Please note: Entertainment for Christmas and New Year may not be available because it is ticket-only and needs to be purchased several months in advance. Guests must sign a rental agreement on arrival. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of £150 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
